While you are writing an Email to somebody, you may need sending a link to this person or company, so this is a problem, you will find it's solution now!
If you are Gmail:
1) Compose a new email message within your Gmail account.
2) Verify that your email is in "Rich Text" mode . An email formatted in rich text will display a row of formatting buttons above the body of your email. Click on the link that reads "Rich formatting" above the body of your email if
your email is in plain text format.
3) Enter text into the body of your email, including the text you want made into a hyperlink.
4) Highlight the portion of text you want made into a hyperlink using your cursor. The words you highlight are what your readers will click on to access the link.
5) Click on the "link" icon within the row of formatting buttons above the email body. The icon will depict a chain with 2 links and display the word "link" when your cursor hovers over the icon.
6) Paste the URL for the web page you want to link to into the appropriate field when the "Edit Link" window appears on your screen .
7) Click the "OK" button to finish adding the hyperlink. You will then see the hyperlink to the URL appear within the body of your email.
If you are Yahoo! Mail or Windows Live:
1) Create a new email message within Yahoo Mail or Windows Live
2) Insert text into the body of your new email message, including the text, words, or phrase you want turned into a hyperlink.
3) Use your cursor to highlight the words or text you want turned into a hyperlink.
4) Press the "hyperlink" button within your Yahoo Mail or Windows Live session . The hyperlink buttoncontains a picture of a globe, with a chain link resting in
front of the globe.
5) Paste or type the URL you want to link to into the hyperlink box that displays on your screen.
6) Press "OK" or "Insert" to finish adding the hyperlink into your email . You will then see the hyperlink appear within your email.
For Microsoft Outlook Express Procedure:
1) Access the email message for which you want to add a hyperlink
2) Highlight the word or phrase you want turned into a hyperlink
3) Click on "Insert" from the menu bar in Outlook, then select "Hyperlink." An alternate method is to click on the "hyperlink" button from your email
toolbar. The hyperlink button contains the icon of a globe and a chain link.
4) Enter or paste the URL link you want added into the body of your article into the window that appears on your screen.
5) Press "OK." The hyperlink will now be inserted into your email message.
For Apple Mail Procedure:
1) Navigate to the email message you want a hyperlink added to
2) Highlight the text you want made into a link using your cursor .
3) Right-click directly on the text you highlighted, then point to "Link" and select "Add."
4) Enter the URL of the web page you want to link to .
5) Click on the button labeled "OK." The hyperlink will now appear within the body of your Apple Mail message.
